Side effects and drug overdose

This vitamin complex is well tolerated by patients if the dosage indicated in the instructions is observed. In some cases, with individual hypersensitivity to the components of the complex, the patient may develop allergic reactions in the form of rashes and redness of the skin.

Overdose of the drug is observed in rare cases when the daily dose of vitamins is significantly exceeded. Overdose is manifested by the following symptoms:

  • Stomach ache;
  • Visual impairment;
  • Dryness and flaking of the skin;
  • Formation of stones in the kidneys, gall bladder and hepatic ducts;
  • Nausea and vomiting, constipation;
  • Pain in the right hypochondrium;
  • Changes in the clinical blood picture;

Pharmacodynamics

It is determined by the complex of vitamins and minerals included in the preparation.

Vitamin A is involved in the synthesis of proteins, lipids, mucopolysaccharides, is necessary for normal eye function, and increases the protective function of the skin and mucous membranes against infections.

B vitamins promote the formation of various enzymes, ensuring the regulation of metabolism in the human body.

Vitamin B1 is necessary for the synthesis of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.

Vitamin B2 is involved in the processes of biological oxidation and energy metabolism.

Vitamin B5 is involved in metabolic processes, the synthesis of phospholipids, steroid hormones and other active substances, and ensures the development and differentiation of tissues.

Vitamin B6 is involved in carbohydrate, lipid and protein metabolism.

Vitamin B12 is involved in the synthesis of nucleic acids, influencing hematopoietic processes.

Vitamin C is involved in the oxidation of biologically active substances, regulates metabolism in connective tissue, carbohydrate metabolism, reduces the permeability of the vascular wall, participates in the process of regeneration of bones and cartilage tissue, stimulates the formation of steroid hormones, and increases the absorption of iron in the intestines.

Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant that maintains the stability of cell membranes, protecting them from damage.

Vitamin PP takes part in redox processes.

Vitamin P reduces the permeability of capillary blood vessels.

Folic acid stimulates erythropoiesis and participates in the synthesis of amino acids and nucleic acids.

Lipoic acid (thioctic acid) is involved in the redox processes of the body, has a hypolipidemic, antioxidant and detoxifying effect during intoxication.

Iron is part of hemoglobin and a number of enzymes.

Calcium is a basic element of bone tissue, necessary for muscle contraction (including myocardium), blood clotting, and transmission of nerve impulses.

Cobalt stimulates hematopoietic processes and is part of vitamin B12.

Magnesium. Magnesium deficiency is accompanied by a decrease in the body's immune forces, disturbances in the rhythm and excitability of the myocardium.

Manganese promotes the formation and mineralization of bone tissue.

Copper is necessary for normal iron metabolism and promotes oxygen transport to tissues.

Zinc is part of many enzyme systems, ensures the synthesis of insulin and other hormones, and is necessary for tissue regeneration.

Phosphorus is involved in the formation of bone tissue and teeth, the formation of high-energy compounds, and is necessary for energy transfer.

Bio-Max is a balanced vitamin and mineral complex containing 12 vital vitamins, 8 minerals and trace elements.

A precisely selected combination of active components of the complex is developed in accordance with the characteristics of the Russian lifestyle, nutrition, and climate.

The complex is necessary to maintain the body's energy reserves; metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, nucleic acids and proteins; synthesis of connective tissue collagen and neurotransmitters.

The complex strengthens the body's defenses and promotes the normal functioning of the human nervous system, increases resistance to stress, ensures the development and differentiation of tissues, promotes wound healing, improves the condition of skin, hair, bone tissue, teeth, gums, and blood vessels.

The complex has an antioxidant effect.
