Reviews

These are the features that Izotov’s divine oatmeal jelly is endowed with, which has only positive reviews from many doctors and traditional healers. Here are some of them:

Victor Mikhailovich. St. Petersburg We recommend to our patients a product for prevention of age-related changes. A good option for health support without commercial medications.

Irina Yuryevna. Volgodonsk A budget remedy for people, and very effective. Improves the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract. I often recommend it to patients who do not practice proper nutrition.

Cooking stages

Kissel Izotova (the recipe from the author provides step-by-step implementation of certain processes) is prepared in several stages - fermentation, filtration, settling and processing.

Fermentation

Receiving the product includes the following steps:

  1. It is necessary to mix the main ingredients - 0.5 kg of oatmeal, 5 tbsp. l. oats (they can be ground in a blender) and 0.5 tbsp. kefir

  2. The resulting mixture should be mixed until smooth so that no lumps form. You can use a blender for this purpose.

  3. Next, the prepared mixture should be poured into 2 liters of warm purified water and placed in a glass jar.

  4. The jar with the mixture must be tightly closed and left in a warm and dark place for 2 days for fermentation.

The optimal temperature for this process is considered to be 25-28 0C. If the temperature is lower, then the jar needs to be wrapped in a warm cloth and placed near a heating source. After a certain time, bubbles will appear on the surface of the liquid - they are the main sign of fermentation. The product should not be overcooked, otherwise the taste of the finished jelly will deteriorate.

Filtration

After fermentation, the prepared starter must be filtered.

The process consists of the following steps:

  1. Using a colander or gauze, you need to strain 1.5-2 liters of liquid from the starter.

  2. The remaining flakes should be rinsed with purified water over a clean container.

In the first case, a product with high acidity is obtained, used for liver disease, pancreatitis and others. In the 2nd option, the product will have low acidity (suitable for use in diseases of the digestive system).

Filtrate settling and treatment

Both filtrates must stand for 18 hours. After the specified time, the filtrate separates into 2 parts - liquid (kvass, which you can drink) and oat concentrate (sediment).

Kissel Izotova (the recipe from the author is presented step by step below) is prepared as follows:

  1. The prepared concentrate (2-3 tbsp.) according to the recipe described above must be diluted with 1 tbsp. water or the resulting kvass.

  2. The mixture should be brought to a boil over low heat and simmer for 5 minutes until the liquid thickens.

  3. You can add butter or vegetable oil, sugar, honey, salt, spices, dried fruits, etc. to the finished jelly according to your taste preferences.

Oatmeal: benefits and harms

If you care about your health and slim figure, you have probably thought about what product you can replace wheat flour with.

One of the best options is oat flour. Oatmeal buns turn out delicious, very fluffy, and, importantly, you don’t have to worry about being overweight.

Oatmeal: composition

The grains ground into oatmeal contain many nutrients and vitamins. The flour contains: mineral salt from calcium and phosphorus, easily digestible carbohydrates, essential oil, aromatic alpha-amino acid - tyrosine.

Oatmeal is rich in vitamins such as riboflavin, thiamine, pyridoxine, and tocopherol.

The composition also contains nicotinic and folic acid, choline and silicon (normalizes metabolism), and useful trace elements - sodium, magnesium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, fluorine, manganese, cobalt, copper.

Oatmeal: application and method of preparation

Oatmeal is easy to prepare at home - just grind oat grains (or rolled oats) in a blender or meat grinder. Before grinding, it is important to know that not all types of beans grind the same.

Unlike whole grains, “regular” oat grains must be freed from the hard shell before grinding, and sprouted oats must first dry (home-sprouted grains are the healthiest).

Whole grains are ground entirely without removing the shell. Not only porridge is prepared from ground grains, but also oatmeal cookies, bread, pancakes, sweet pancakes, muffins, and cleansing drinks (oatmeal jelly helps you lose weight).

Oatmeal, cooked exclusively in water, helps you lose up to 4-5 kg in 7 days. Despite the fact that there are approximately 342 calories per 100 g of whole grain product, due to the large amount of fiber and protein, oat flour is well absorbed by the body and is included in many dietary recipes.

The main rule is not to abuse it. If you eat more than 1 kg of porridge per day, you will not lose weight, but, on the contrary, gain kilograms.

There must be moderation in everything. Systematically adding flour to dishes helps athletes build muscle mass and gain additional energy.

Oatmeal is widely used in cosmetology: the ground grains are steamed, mixed with additional ingredients and made into nourishing face masks.

The skin receives maximum hydration, becomes elastic, all sagging parts are tightened, oily shine disappears, and dead skin particles are exfoliated.

The face acquires a pleasant, matte shade, pigment spots fade, and facial wrinkles are smoothed out.

Oatmeal for children

Oatmeal should be included in the diet of any child. Porridge based on oat grains gives the baby a boost of energy for the whole day.

Don't forget to prepare a nutritious breakfast: grind oatmeal in a blender, pour milk or water (120 ml), cook for 7-10 minutes over low heat, then add 1 tsp. honey, pieces of any fruit or a handful of chopped nuts. Your child will be delighted.

The only negative is if the baby is allergic to gluten. In this case, oatmeal should not be used; replace it with rice or corn flour (gluten-free).

What diseases does oatmeal treat?

Fiber in flour can be soluble or insoluble. The use of oatmeal is recommended for people with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract: digestion is improved, the microflora of the stomach is restored, toxins and harmful substances are gently removed from the body.

Mucus and fiber remove excess fluid from cells, purify the blood, lower bad cholesterol (prevention against thrombosis), and regulate blood pressure.

Oatmeal is useful for cancer prevention - due to antioxidants, the risk of developing cancer is reduced.

In addition, the functioning of internal organs - kidneys, liver - is restored (recommended for the prevention of hepatitis).

Chopped oats lower blood sugar, which is important for diabetics. The smaller the oat grains, the faster they are absorbed by the body.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance, gluten allergy, renal or heart failure, celiac disease - digestive disorders due to mechanical damage to the villi in the small intestine. Avoid eating oatmeal if calcium absorption is poor.

Oat milk

Pour boiling water over 100 g of oatmeal (to make a paste), let the mixture brew for 8-10 hours. In the morning, add 1 tsp to the mixture. buckwheat honey, stir and pass through a sieve or gauze cloth. The resulting juice is the popular oat milk.

Recipe No. 2

Kissel Izotova (the step-by-step recipe from the author, listed below, involves using only water and oatmeal) can be prepared without fermented milk products. The finished drink will have a low calorie content - about 50-60 kcal.

The jelly is prepared like this:

  1. 1 tbsp. oatmeal should be filled with cold purified water (3 tbsp.).
  2. Add a crust of rye bread to the resulting mixture and leave to infuse at room temperature for 2 days.
  3. After the specified time has passed, the mixture must be filtered, and the swollen flakes must be ground through a sieve or cheesecloth and added to the strained liquid.
  4. The prepared starter must be placed in the refrigerator.
  5. After a few hours, the starter will begin to separate. The top liquid needs to be drained. The remaining thick part is used to prepare jelly.
  6. Next, heat 1 tbsp. water or milk and add the prepared starter to it (1 tbsp for a thick drink and 2-3 tbsp for a liquid one).
  7. The mixture must be brought to a boil, while stirring constantly.
  8. To improve the taste, you can add salt, honey, sugar, fruits, etc. to the finished jelly, based on your taste preferences.

Contraindications

In folk medicine, this drink is characterized as a unique healing elixir. At the same time, one cannot ignore the presence of a number of contraindications to the use of oatmeal jelly, including:

  • individual intolerance and allergy to the main ingredient of the dish or components;
  • sensitivity to gluten, this substance is found in all cereals;
  • It is worth remembering that excessive consumption of oat dishes is fraught with leaching of calcium, which threatens osteoporosis and other ailments of bone tissue.

Also, this dietary dish cannot be consumed in unlimited quantities; it is taken in warm portions. It is worth considering that taking an oat drink at night can cause insomnia.

It also gives you a feeling of fullness for a long time, which helps you stop frequent snacking. Therefore, consuming jelly in combination with leading an active lifestyle helps to get rid of excess weight.

The duration of the course is determined by the attending nutritionist. Typically, the dish is included in the diet before recovery and then used as part of maintenance therapy.

For gastrointestinal pathologies

If there are problems with the functions of the gastrointestinal tract, it is necessary to include this medicinal drink in the diet, thanks to regular use of which it will be possible to avoid the development of complex diseases of the internal organs:

Ingredients for making oatmeal jelly

How to be treated

Izotov (a virologist) experienced the healing effect of jelly on himself. For many years he battled encephalitis. While taking medication, he developed an allergy, so the doctor began to look for a remedy. An old recipe for pickled oats became my salvation.

It was he who formed the basis of the author’s step-by-step recipe for jelly. It is used to treat various diseases and as a prophylactic. The main conditions are regularity of use and compliance with the specified recommendations during treatment.

Treatment of liver diseases

Lecithin, which is part of the jelly, has a healing effect on the liver. This amino acid restores liver cells and also cleanses them of toxins. Methionine normalizes fat metabolism in the liver, preventing the accumulation of fat in its cells.

It is recommended to take jelly every day in the morning separately from other dishes. The daily norm during treatment should be 200 g. You can add vegetable oil to it (olive, sea buckthorn, corn, flaxseed or sunflower will do). A pinch of fresh or dried herbs added to the jelly helps to diversify the taste.

For liver diseases, you can use dill, parsley, beet or carrot tops, basil, and cilantro. Often in a medicinal product, salt is replaced with more useful ingredients - bell pepper grains, chopped seaweed, etc. You can supplement your jelly breakfast with 100 g of rye bread.

Kissel is also used to cleanse the liver - it effectively removes dangerous substances (including toxins) accumulated as a result of eating heavy, unhealthy foods. If the liver is not cleansed periodically, it ceases to cope with its functions. This ultimately leads to the development of a number of dangerous diseases.

For pancreatitis

Kissel can be used for pancreatitis even in the acute stage. It gently envelops the mucous membrane, relieving inflammation and pain. The therapeutic effect is due to the vitamins and minerals included in the composition.

In some cases, taking jelly can not only relieve the symptoms of the disease, but also completely eliminate it or put it into a stage of long-term remission. But in most cases it is part of complex therapy, in particular, nutritional therapy. Kissel is taken warm for breakfast and dinner. The break between eating regular food and medicinal drink should be at least 3 hours.

For gastritis

For gastritis, oat jelly is allowed for use during severe exacerbations. It contains B vitamins, which have a positive effect on the entire body.

It consists in:

  • Restoring damaged gastric mucosa.
  • Enveloping the stomach and relieving the inflammatory process.
  • Regulation of metabolic processes.

In addition to drinking Izotov’s jelly, you need to follow a diet for gastritis.
It is recommended to consume the healing drink before meals, 0.5 tbsp. It is enough to give children 1-2 tsp. before eating. Regular intake of jelly allows you to transform the acute form of gastritis into a chronic one. During exacerbations, it is advisable to take a remedy prepared in water, and after easing, you can switch to jelly made from milk.

For gastritis, it is not recommended to add berries to jelly, as they stimulate the production of gastric juice. You can also replace sugar in the drink with honey. When preparing jelly with a thicker consistency, it can be consumed instead of breakfast.

Kissel Izotov for gastritis can be prepared according to simplified recipes. The table below provides a description of the preparation.

On the waterOn kefir
1. 1 tbsp. oatmeal should be soaked in 2 tbsp. water for 7 hours
2. After the specified time has passed, the liquid must be drained and the mixture placed on the stove.

3. The mixture must be simmered over low heat until thickened.

1. 2 liters of water must be mixed with 1 tbsp. oatmeal and 1/3 kefir.
2. The resulting mixture should be poured into a glass container, covered with a towel and left to infuse for 3 days in a warm place.

3. Next, squeeze out the liquid from the mixture and refrigerate for 1 night in a tightly sealed container.

4. Add water to the prepared mixture in a ratio of 1:2, put on low heat and bring to a boil.

For allergies

The antiallergic effect of jelly lies in its ability to cleanse the body and remove irritating substances from it. Vitamin B5 included in the composition effectively eliminates the manifestations of allergic reactions.

It helps to get rid of not only unpleasant symptoms, but also restores the body's defenses. This in turn allows for resistance to the allergen. The vitamin also promotes the production of normal cholesterol, which is responsible for the formation of sex hormones, nerve cells and bile acids.

Rehabilitation of cerebral vessels and cardiovascular diseases

For diseases of blood vessels (including the brain) and heart, proper nutrition is an important parameter. The food consumed is designed to increase the effectiveness of medications, as well as to give the body the necessary energy for further recovery from illness.

All this is provided by oats due to the content of a complex of useful substances:

  • Vitamins of groups B and E help strengthen vascular walls and prevent clogging and narrowing of blood vessels (deposition of cholesterol plaques).

  • The amino acid lysine helps restore vascular tissue and prevents the development of a number of cardiovascular diseases.
  • Vitamin B1 regulates metabolic processes in the body, slows down the processes of wear and tear of brain vessels and the aging of brain cells (improves attention and memory).
  • Pantothenic and nicotinic acids prevent the development of blood clots, reducing the risk of heart and vascular diseases.
  • Vitamin E helps strengthen blood vessels and capillaries and prevents the development of thrombosis.

Increasing the body's immunity

Increasing the body's resistance to various infections, stressful situations, and toxins is ensured by regular intake of jelly. The positive effect on the body is due to the unique composition of the product - amino acids, vitamin and mineral complexes effectively help the body resist internal and external factors.

For example, vitamin A helps you get rid of insomnia and increases your ability to work. And vitamin B4 helps normalize the functioning of the nervous system, having a calming effect on the body.

Lecithin also effectively copes with problems of the nervous system - it reduces irritability, gives energy, and minimizes the risk of developing a nervous breakdown. This substance has a complex effect on the body, helping to normalize fat metabolism in internal organs and restoring the structure of liver and lung cells.

Use during pregnancy

Oat jelly is the healthiest of all types of jelly drinks for pregnant women, because it contains only natural ingredients.

Its use provides:

  • Enrichment of the body of the expectant mother and fetus with useful substances.
  • Normalization of the functioning of the digestive organs.
  • Reduces high acidity, eliminating a common problem - heartburn.
  • Strengthening the heart muscle and blood vessels, which experience increased stress during pregnancy.
  • Normalization of stool.
  • Protection against the occurrence of dysbacteriosis.
  • Reduced blood pressure.
  • Getting rid of insomnia.
  • Reduced irritability and fatigue.
  • Correct lipid balance, which allows the expectant mother to maintain optimal weight.

Women can also consume jelly during lactation. It stimulates the production of breast milk and has a beneficial effect on the digestive tract of both the child and the mother. The drink is hypoallergenic (except in cases where children have gluten intolerance) and highly nutritious.

Pregnant and lactating women who experience rapid weight gain should not get carried away with jelly, because it is a high-calorie product.

Izotov’s healing jelly is used to treat various diseases, as well as to prevent their development. To obtain maximum benefits, you must follow the author’s step-by-step recipe and take into account the recommendations for taking the jelly drink.

Mechanism of action

The mechanism of action of the drink is not fully understood, but there is a reasonable explanation for the observed phenomena and the reasons for recovery.

Let's list the important ones:

  • a complex of enzymes increases cellular immunity and initiates self-healing processes;
  • is a biostimulant;
  • balances the endocrine system;
  • eliminates autoimmune reactions and makes the immune response timely and balanced;
  • normalizes oxidative reactions and triggers its own antioxidant defense;
  • restores energy processes and tone;
  • improves mental capabilities.

The enzymes contained in the oat drink contribute to recovery. We are talking about enzyme or enzymatic therapy. They have a beneficial restorative effect on the body. Enzyme therapy helps preserve DNA structure and stop possible genetic damage.

Oatmeal jelly is an irreplaceable source of vitamins and microelements. Its constant use helps women restore hormonal balance and reproductive function. The menstrual cycle is restored. The properties of liver cleansing help restore the adsorption of excess estrogen from the body, which is the best prevention of fibromatous processes in the mammary glands and uterus.
